Kindly get the sealed parcel opened in the presence of a team of 3 members out of which one should be an outsider to be a representative of the consumers and his or her profile should be available on the Godrej Website so that none of small consumers like me feel cheated by irresponsible employees like Vishal Midha.

2. Send the Action Taken Report to my Email Address and Physical Copy by Regd. Post to my Home Address.

3. Restore my confidence in Godrej.
